Single End Construction
MinVasive Components provides single end wire with thin film insulation of cross-linked polymer insulation without sacrificing dielectric strength. Applications include medical, electrical, automotive, aerospace, and specialty industries.

We can film coat a variety of wire products including: copper, copper alloys, stainless steel, Nitinol, copper-clad steel, aluminum, nickel, copper clad aluminum, bronze, titanium and thermocouple wires from .0159 to .00078 inches (.484 to .0198 mm) diameter.
